Park Rules and Information

Check-in times are from 2pm until 5pm on the day of your arrival, arrangements need to be made with Management for afterhours arrivals. Check out is by 10am on day of departure.


Camp Kitchen is open for use, using the amenities key provided. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum prior to 7.30am and after 9pm.

Speed limit is 8 kms (walking pace). Standard road rules & driving regulations apply within the Park. Please be aware these are shared roads (pedestrians/bikes/vehicles).

Unfortunately, no refunds are provided for early departure or late arrivals.

Pets are allowed as per our pet policy. Pets must not be left unattended and disturbing other guests. Pets must always be on a short lead when not inside cabins/enclosures or caravans. All pet owners must sign the Pet Policy prior to the commencement of your stay. Pets must not enter Park communal facilities including reception, laundry, camp kitchen, ablutions, and BBQ areas. Pet owners are responsible for picking up after their pets using the doggy bags provided and placing the bagged waste in a park bin. A charge of $2.00 is applicable for each pet.

The quite peaceful enjoyment of the Park and its facilities by all guests is important to us. Please assist by restricting noise from radios, television and social gatherings between the hours of 10.00pm and 7.00am.

Smoking is not permitted inside park owned accommodation or any park facilities. A $100.00 cleaning fee will apply for all rooms that have been smoked in. Ash trays are provided within our accommodation, however smoking needs to occur outside of the room.

Open fires are not permitted within the Park boundaries.

Please ensure your car/caravan is parked completely on your allocated site and not in the street or on another empty tourist site. Boats will incur additional site fees . Arrangements must be made for this prior to your arrival. Cars are not be washed on site. If you would like to wash your car please report to Reception and they will direct you to the nearest car wash.

We require all dishes to be washed, dried and placed back into the cupboards. A $30.00 charge will apply for rooms left with dirty dishes.

A credit card must be presented on arrival with valid ID as per our booking confirmation. No Park accommodation furniture is to be removed from inside units. Loss of items or additional cleaning costs may be charged to guests credit card. Tents are not to be erected next to onsite accommodation. Maximum people allowed in accommodation are that of fixed sleeping position.

The following areas are alcohol free zones: Playground, jumping pillow, office, ablution block and laundry.
Under no circumstances is any person within the Park boundaries permitted to consume, sell or grow drugs or any other illegal substance. If you are seen conducting illegal activities on site, you will be asked to immediately leave and the police will be called.

Any person/s, in the opinion of the Park Manager/Representative, who is drunk, disorderly, and abusive in any way or blatantly disregards Park Guidelines, may be evicted from the Park immediately. We appreciate your assistance.

Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult at all times.

For the enjoyment of all guests, BBQ’s are to be left clean for other park guests.

Bikes may be ridden in the park between 8.00am to 6.00pm, and on park roads only. Certified helmets must be worn at all times by riders. For safety reasons only bikes are permitted within the grounds of the park. Skateboards, scooters, roller skates and blades are not to be used within the park grounds for safety reasons.

Open fires are not permitted within the Park boundaries.

The playground is for children under the age of 12. Children must be accompanied and supervised by a responsible adult at all times. The playground equipment is not to be used by adults. You are responsible for your children’s actions and behaviour at all times. Remember children do need constant supervision when playing or walking around the park. We are never on holidays from family duties.

There are mostly two available power outlets per site. Only compliant 15 amp leads are to be used. Certified power boards are permitted. All electrical equipment must be checked & tagged by qualified Electrician.

Security of your belongings is your responsibility. Any items missing believed stolen should be reported to police (131 444) and reception notified. Valuables should be stored out of site and secured. Please ensure that doors to your accommodation are locked each time you leave. Do not leave items unattended around you site. Relaxed holiday makers are the perfect target for opportunistic thieves.

A maximum of 1 tent/caravan/camper trailer per site with a maximum of 6 occupants per site (including paid overnight visitors). Due to Fire/COVID Regulations tents/vans/annexes are to be at least 3 meters from the next site. Sites are to be kept clean and tidy. All possessions are to be kept within your site boundaries. You will be asked to move or take down any non-complying structures. No guest is permitted to park on vacant sites.

There are public telephones located near the traffic lights on Mandurah Terrace. For emergencies please see reception.

All guests & visitors should be aware of the possibility of falling trees & branches, especially during bad weather.

Our laundry is provided for your convenience. The cost per load is $5.00 ($1 and $2 coins). . Laundering of pet blankets is not permitted within the laundry. Please ensure clothes are either dried in the laundry dryer or on the clotheslines provided outside both ablution blocks. Hanging of clothes from trees, fences and poles around the park is not permitted.

Guests stays at the park must be in accordance with WA guidelines relevant to Covid at the time of your stay.
